This week we discuss buying power and what it looks like with regards to getting your numbers figured out. Besides getting in touch with your trusted real estate agent (..ahem..) it's the most important thing you can do to truly prepare yourself for dive into the market. If you don't know what your downpayment, closing costs or monthly payment look like then you are setting yourself up for failure from the beginning. Also, it's worth noting that some of those online calculators you find are WAY off, so be careful of the information you trust.
