Welcome back to another Coffee with Coleman. This morning I had the opportunity to teach a class to new agents about the importance of how you submit offers to other agents that increases the likelihood of getting your offer accepted. This is a HUGE piece of the process as it's your first impression to the seller and can play a dramatic role into whether you can get your offer accepted.  It's no secret that a sloppy agent can cost you getting the dream home you really want.
